Comme des Garçons – Quality Control

Comme des Garçons is my favorite brand because it’s built on solid branding concept, and the quality is amazing. (Made in Japan, France or Turkey only)

Unfortunately, I hate the concept of employee personal signs for Quality control.

In Japan, each people got a Seal (Hanko), like a printing stamps used in lieu of signatures in personal documents, office paperwork, contracts, art, or any item requiring acknowledgment or authorship.

During the quality control, CDG employees are using Seals (red or black) on the product to check it.

If the product is defective, the employee will be in trouble. I find this system a little bit sad…

Comme des Garçons should put on the “Designer’s name” as a label.
