I came back yesterday from London, I’ve spend a wonderful week under the rain. I’ve received a few invitations for London’s fashion week on menswear day. Overall I was pretty disappointed, not because my day started at 9 am or all the champagne I drank… It was more because all the shows were in the same location and on the same day. Despite my disappointment, there were still highlights of the Shows that I would like to share, especially from Mr Start Autumn winter 2011-12 collection. I really liked this British twisted idea of elegant suits from Savile Row (center of London) made for trendy people of a counter-culture from Shoreditch (North-east London). Designer Philip Start drew wonderful slim fit suits, classic three-pieces and tuxedo. By they way footwear are all made by one of British’s best shoemakers, Crockett & Jones.
