Coach Bags by James Nares
Luxury American leather goods company, Coach unveils this beautiful limited edition of tote bags designed by New York based artist’s, James Nares. The painter explores the ideas of weightlessness and gravity on the Coach totes with his lyrical brushstroke on natural Italian canvas. Five colourful bags (blue, orange, green, fuchsia and black canvas with white brushstroke) are available now in editions of 175 units.

The London Suit by Canali
Canali unveils “The London Suit”, an exclusively made to measure suit created as a special tribute to the city from which Canali has drawn inspiration for the choice of fabric, a super fine ash grey carded flannel with a pinstripe white overcheck pattern. The silhouette is more modern with slim-fit lines, and shoulders are very lightly padded for a more British style.
John Smedley X Junya Watanabe Comme des garçons Knitwear Collaboration
British finest men’s knitwear, John Smedley launched a limited edition capsule collaboration with Junya Watanabe of Comme des Garçons Man. The range consists of three styles “Cavendish, Isis, and Dorset” spun in super-fine merino wool at John Smedley’s Derbyshire mill and colour-dyed in Japan by Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons in atypical shades of blue (midnight, royal, azure). It will be exclusively available through Dover Street Market and John Smedley’s Brook Street store.
Brioni’s sunglasses 2012
PPR confirmed in November 2011 the acquisition of Brioni. For this season Italian suit maker, Brioni turned into lifestyle brand’s with the first sunglasses collection. Beautiful sunglasses made by laser-cut, hand-polished buffalo horn arms and polarised (and they can easily be bent 180 degrees for more flexibility). Anti-reflective crystal lenses called ‘LotuTec’ are produce by the global leader of high-tech companies in the optical and opto-electronic, Carl Zeiss. Those shades available mid-may are not bespoke but come in the range spans 15 variants. The price will be approximately $790 (or £490 = €600).

Naples during America’s Cup April 2012
The charming city of Naples and Italian brands celebrate together the Louis Vuitton Cup for America’s Cup World Series, an event that will bring the top sailors in the world to Italy in April 2012 and May 2013. From April 7 to 15, beautiful Neapolitan brands adapted their window displays for this exciting sporting event. Bad timing for me, I didn’t have enough time to visit E.Marinella, Rubinacci, Luigi Borelli, and Cesare Attolini. Those are few pictures (sorry about the poor quality)…
